Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs will appear once you have completed your delivery details and finalised your order.

Orders with a value in excess of R2,000.00 incl VAT will be delivered free of charge to destinations within South Africa.

You may be liable for extra delivery charges if you provide us with an incorrect or incomplete delivery address.

Deliveries are made during normal working hours, Monday to Friday, between 09:00 and 17:00.

Delivery times vary according to the destination, but delivery will usually take between 2 and 5 working days, door to door.

There are various different shipping options available, so if you need your shipment earlier, later or on a specific day, please contact us at info@riedel.co.za and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

The vendor reserves the right to make changes to shipping costs at any time without notice.
